Fabrics and protection systems
The fabric range available for Luxaflex Roman blinds includes hundreds of choices, from blockouts to sunscreens. Within the range there are special fabrics treated for stain resistance, mould and mildew resistance, and fire resistance. You can view fabrics for Roman blinds here.
Your Luxaflex Roman blinds are made with corrosion-resistant aluminium battens and self-aligning pull cords. Operating hardware has been torture-tested to ensure long-term performance. Chain control is available for larger blinds. You can find out more about operating systems here.
Why choose Luxaflex Roman blinds?
Luxaflex Roman blinds are made using ‘no sew' methods, so there are no pinholes (made by sewing needles) to let light through.
Blinds made with heavier blockout fabrics provide windows with insulation that minimises heat loss in winter.
Fabric treatment options include Sanitized® to inhibit microbes, Duraguard to repel stains and fire retardant to improve safety.
Blinds can be automated and operated by remote control. You can raise or lower blinds individually or as a group.
