As per the Government's announcement on Monday 11th May, New Zealand will be moving to Alert Level 2 effective, in part, Thursday 14th April.
We are pleased to announce Under Alert Level 2 that our full range of services will once again be available to you. Following the guidelines set by the Government and health experts, from manufacturing and installation to in-home consultations and showrooms, we are taking extra precautionary measures to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness to give you peace of mind.
We know that just like us, you will still be passionate about transforming your home and we are here to help you in any way we can.
With social distancing, contact tracing, thorough cleaning measures and training in place, our dealer showrooms will once again be available under Alert Level 2. (Find your nearest here).
If you do not feel comfortable visiting a showroom, we are more than happy to accommodate you with a video consultation through select dealers around the country.
If you have your plans or window measurements and photos, our dealers can even provide you with advice and a quote without the need to see you in person.
In the home
At present, our trading hours have not changed, and we are still available for in-home consultations and product installations. With our own health and safety measures in place, please don’t hesitate to guide our team on any additional precautionary measures, such as the use of a PPE face mask, that you would like us to take within your home. With our Auckland based factory making made-to-measure products to our specific Luxaflex premium quality standards, we are fortunate enough to have not had any negative impact on our lead times and production. With this in mind, we can assure you we are able to produce our wide range of blinds, shades, and awnings.
In such instances where a product may be made internationally, like our Australian made PolySatin Shutters, or select American made window fashions, lead times remain as expected.
