Silhouette® Shadings at a Glance

Silhouette® Shadings have two layers of Translucent or Room Darkening fabric separated by a series of floating, soft fabric vanes. When Vanes are closed the shades provide privacy and 99% UV protection. When Vanes are open the shades diffuse the light, giving the room a soft glow.

Silhouette® Shadings are a Luxaflex invention that can give your home a special point of difference. They’re especially well-suited to living and office areas.

Vane size

The 50mm size provides a classic, understated look. The 65mm and 75mm sizes make a bolder design statement and add drama to any window.

Heat reflection

The white backing reduces heat transmission while you maintain a soft-focus view when vanes are open.

Superior UV protection

All Silhouette® fabrics protect furnishings and artworks from UV fading and damage. When closed they provide 99% UV protection.

PowerView® Automation for Silhouette®

The latest innovation that fits perfectly with today’s connected lifestyle.PowerView® Automation enables intelligent automation with a simple press of a button or tap of a mobile device.

Suitable for: Silhouette® Shadings

Powerview® Automation Hub

The PowerView® Hub connects with the PowerView® App to allow control of PowerView® Automated Window Coverings from Mobile Devices. The Hub can also integrate with Home Automation Systems via IP or cloud-to-cloud integration.

Comes with the initial PowerView® Hub pack.

Powerview® Remote Control

The PowerView® Remote Control module provides control at the touch of a button. Personalised control options. The Remote Control Module allows for shades to be operated in groups or individually through the proprietary RF signal. The Remote Control Module is available in black or white and features an array of functions including six programmable channels, stop buttons, vane open/close buttons and a favourites position which defaults to 50% open. The Remote Control module can be teamed up with either a hand held Pebble® or Surface Wall Mount.

Powerview® Scene Controller

In addition to Mobile Device Control, PowerView® Automation provides the next level in control with the option of a Scene Controller Module allowing for instant control of Scenes stored in the PowerView® Hub. This module can be used in conjunction with a PowerView® Hub and provides an alternative to Mobile Device Control via the PowerView® App. The Scene Controller is available in Black or White and can be teamed with seven Pebble® colours or Wall Mounted with the PowerView® Surface.

Ultraglide® 2 Click and Walk Away

Simply pull the Cord towards the centre and down in long even strokes. As the Cord is pulled it works with a Crank inside the headrail to wind the shade upwards in stages, while the cord retracts to its original position after each pull.

EasyRise Cord Loop

A continuous looped Cord that allows for adjustment of the fabric Vanes from open to closed and anywhere
in between. The degree of maximum Vane closure varies slightly from the top to the bottom of the Shade.
